PROCÉDÉ DE STABILISATION D'UN REMBLAI TECHNIQUE
The invention relates to a method for stabilizing a technical embankment, particularly the subgrade of said embankment. Said method is characterized in that it includes the following steps: selecting fluvial sediments, 90 out of 100 particles of which have a particle size no larger than 250 μm, said fluvial sediments containing a mixture of limestone and clay in an amount of at least 40 wt% of all said fluvial sediments, clay being at least 20 wt% of said fluvial sediments; heating said sediments such as to be at a temperature of 600° C to 850° C for a duration of 1 to 6 hours; cooling same to a temperature lower than 100°C, said cooling being carried out within a duration no longer than 1 hour, thus obtaining a stabilization additive; and mixing said additive to a fine soil such that, in the presence of moisture, stabilization of said technical embankment is obtained.
L'invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation d'un remblai technique, notamment de la couche de forme de ce remblai. Ce procédé est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : - sélectionner des sédiments fluviaux dont 90s particules sur cent présentent une granulométrie inférieure ou égale à 250 μm et qui comprennent un mélange de calcaire et d'argile à raison d'au moins 40% en poids du total desdits sédiments fluviaux, l'argile représentant au moins 20% en poids desdits sédiments fluviaux, - les chauffer de façon à les amener à une température comprise entre 600° C et 850° C, pendant une durée comprise entre 1 heure et 6 heures, - les refroidir pour les amener à une température inférieure à 100°C, ce refroidissement étant réalisé en une durée inférieure ou égale à 1 heure, et obtenir ainsi un additif de stabilisation, - et mélanger ledit additif à un sol fin, de sorte qu'en présence d'humidité, on obtienne la stabilisation dudit remblai technique.
