The present invention relates to a construction element comprising at least two blocks (1, 2, 3, 4), said blocks (1, 2, 3, 4) being configured according to a depth dimension of the blocks (1, 2, 3, 4) and being rigidly connected to one another but separable at the breakable linking areas. At least one of the construction blocks (1, 2, 3, 4) is to engage with at least one other construction bloc, in a stacked fashion. Each of the construction blocks (1, 2, 3, 4) includes, on a first surface (5), male assembly means and, on a second surface (6) opposite the first surface (5), female assembly means complementary to the male assembly means. Each block (1, 2, 3, 4) comprises at least three holes (16) formed from a third surface (7) of the block (1, 2, 3, 4), the third surface (7) being parallel to the depth dimension and perpendicular to the first and second surfaces (5, 6). The three holes (16) are not aligned with one another.
