LADRILLO BASE PARA CIMENTACIÓN Y COLOCACIÓN DE LADRILLOS CON SISTEMAS DE ENCASTRADO
The invention relates to a base brick having its own technical characteristics on the upper face thereof (two cavities, an indentation, and two channels), on the lower face thereof (four feet, an indentation and two channels), and on the four side faces thereof (twelve separating pegs with twelve guiding wedges). The twelve separating pegs are used to obtain a precise gap in the four directions which allows equal distance between the cavities of the system for fitting the bricks together and the guiding wedges facilitate the rapid positioning of the base bricks. Said technical characteristics allow the base brick to provide perfect laying of foundations and positioning of the self-centring bricks and other bricks comprising systems for fitting the bricks together.
Se trata de un ladrillo base que posee unas características técnicas propias en su cara superior (dos oquedades, un rebaje y dos rebosaderos), en su cara inferior (cuatro patas, un rebaje y dos rebosaderos) y en sus cuatro caras laterales (doce tacos separadores con doce cuñas guía). Los doce tacos separadores consiguen que se obtenga una llaga exacta en los cuatro sentidos que permite la equidistancia entre las oquedades del sistema de encastrado y las cuñas guía facilitan la rápida colocación de los ladrillos base. Dichas características técnicas otorgan al ladrillo base la función de servir como cimentación y colocación perfecta de los ladrillos autocentrables y otros ladrillos con sistema de encastrado.
La présente invention concerne un parpaing de base qui possède des caractéristiques techniques propres sur sa face supérieure (deux cavités, une feuillure et deux déversoirs), sur sa face inférieure (quatre pieds, une feuillure et deux déversoirs) et sur ses quatre faces latérales (douze blocs de séparation avec douze cales de guidage) Les douze blocs de séparation permettent d'obtenir un joint exact dans les quatre directions qui assure l'équidistance entre les cavités du système d'encastrement et les cales de guidage facilitent la pose rapide des parpaings de base. Ces caractéristiques techniques permettent au parpaing de base d'assurer la fondation et la pose parfaite des parpaings de base autocentrables et d'autres parpaings avec le système d'encastrement.
