RUBBERIZED CONCRETE NOISE BARRIER
The concrete noise-protection panel with recycled rubber (21) comprises a two-layered concrete panel consisting of the reinforced-concrete bearing layer (20), which has a load bearing function, and an absorptive layer (21) made of porous lightweight concrete realized with rubber pellets obtained through recycling of used car tyres. The two-layered panels are installed between posts that can be made of reinforced-concrete of an appropriate I profile (11), or of steel, most often of HEA or HEB profiles (40). The space in between concrete panels (horizontal connection) is connected by a tongue and groove joint using a special sealer (22), while the vertical panel to post connection is realized with an appropriate neoprene sealer (30) depending on the type of column. To enable grasping and easier handling of concrete panels, special anchors with a high bearing capacity (31) are installed.
La présente invention concerne un panneau antibruit en béton pourvu de caoutchouc recyclé (21) comprenant un panneau en béton à deux couches constitués de la couche de support en béton armé (20), assurant une fonction de support de charge et d'une couche absorbante (21) en béton léger poreux réalisée au moyen de pastilles de caoutchouc obtenues par recyclage de pneus de voitures usagés. Les panneaux à deux couches sont installés entre des montants qui peuvent être constitués de béton armé en profilé en I (11) approprié, ou d'acier, le plus souvent en profilés HEA ou HEB (40). L'espace qui sépare les panneaux en béton (jonction horizontale) est joint par un assemblage à rainure et languette au moyen d'un agent de scellement spécifique (22), tandis que la jonction panneau vertical-montant est réalisée au moyen d'un agent de scellement à base de néoprène approprié (30), en fonction du type de colonne. Des dispositifs d'ancrage spécifiques à haute capacité de support (31) sont installés pour permettre une saisie et une manipulation plus facile de panneaux en béton.
