Eine Dichtungsvorrichtung für eine Tür oder ein Fenster weist eine Gehäuseschiene (30) und eine in der Gehäuseschiene (30) gehaltene Dichtleiste (31, 32) auf. Die Dichtung weist ferner mindestens ein Befestigungsmittel (1) zur Befestigung der Gehäuseschiene (30) an einem Tür- oder Fensterflügel (T) der Tür bzw. des Fensters auf, wobei das Befestigungsmittel (1) eine Platte (10) zur Auflage an einer Stirnfläche des Tür- oder Fensterflügels (T) und eine in der Platte (10) angeordnete Durchgangsöffnung (12) für eine Schraube (2) umfasst. In der Durchgangsöffnung (12) ist ein Rückhaltemittel (14, 43) zum Halten der Schraube (2) vorhanden. Diese Dichtungsvorrichtung ermöglicht eine einhändige Montage des Haltewinkels am Türflügel und erleichtert somit die Montage der Dichtung.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité, destiné à une porte ou une fenêtre, qui comporte un rail (30) dans un boîtier et une baguette d'étanchéité (31, 32) maintenue dans le rail (30). Le joint d'étanchéité comporte en outre au moins un moyen de fixation (1) pour fixer le rail (30) sur un vantail (T) de la porte ou de la fenêtre, le moyen de fixation (1) comprenant un panneau (10) destiné à venir en appui sur une face frontale du vantail (T) de porte ou de fenêtre et un orifice (12) disposé dans le panneau (10) pour le passage d'une vis (2). L'orifice (12) comporte un moyen de retenue (14, 43) pour retenir la vis (2). Ce dispositif d'étanchéité permet le montage à une seule main d'une cornière support sur le vantail de porte et facilite ainsi le montage du joint d'étanchéité.
