DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING ENGINE AND HYDRAULIC PUMP OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are: a device for controlling an engine and a hydraulic pump of construction equipment, capable of increasing fuel efficiency by controlling an engine speed and a hydraulic pump discharge flow rate according to the load of a work device; and a control method therefor. The device for controlling the engine and the hydraulic pump of construction equipment, according to the present invention, comprises: a fuel efficiency mode selection means; an engine RPM control means; a hydraulic pump control means; a work device operation sensing means; and a controller, if a fuel saving mode is selected, for outputting an engine RPM lower than a certain engine RPM of a normal mode and increasing the swash plate swivel angle of a hydraulic pump so as to correspond to the operation amount of a work device operation lever, wherein the controller has a first control mode for increasing the engine RPM so as to discharge a flow rate, corresponding to the operation amount of the work device operation lever, from the hydraulic pump if the swash plate swivel angle of the hydraulic pump reaches the maximum inclined angle of a swash plate.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour commander un moteur et une pompe hydraulique d'équipement de construction, permettant d'accroître le rendement énergétique en commandant un régime de moteur et un débit de refoulement de pompe hydraulique en fonction de la charge d'un dispositif de travail, ainsi qu'un procédé de commande associé. Le dispositif pour commander le moteur et la pompe hydraulique d'équipement de construction, selon l'invention, comprend un moyen de sélection de mode de rendement énergétique, un moyen de commande de régime de moteur, un moyen de commande de pompe hydraulique, un moyen de détection de fonctionnement de dispositif de travail et un appareil de commande, si un mode d'économie de carburant est sélectionné, pour fournir en sortie un régime de moteur inférieur à un certain régime de moteur d'un mode normal et pour augmenter l'angle de pivotement de plateau oscillant d'une pompe hydraulique de manière à correspondre à la course d'actionnement d'un levier de fonctionnement de dispositif de travail, l'appareil de commande possédant un premier mode de commande pour augmenter le régime de moteur afin de refouler un débit, qui correspond à la course d'actionnement du levier de fonctionnement de dispositif de travail, à partir de la pompe hydraulique si l'angle de pivotement de plateau oscillant de la pompe hydraulique atteint l'angle incliné maximum d'un plateau oscillant.
