DECK PANEL HAVING THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN SHEET
A deck panel, according to the present invention, comprises: a steel sheet; a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet provided in parallel with the steel sheet while maintaining a state in which the steel sheet is separated therefrom at a predetermined distance; and foam filled between the steel sheet and the TPO sheet, wherein the TPO sheet has an extended part extended outward further than the end of the foam. The deck panel having the TPO sheet, according to the present invention, has advantages of sealing a gap between two deck panels without a separate additional member when two deck panels are connected and ensuring the flatness of the TPO sheet at a reference value or higher even though a large amount of heat-insulating material and filler is injected between the steel sheet and the TPO sheet.
Cette invention concerne un panneau de plancher, comprenant : une tôle d'acier ; une feuille de polyoléfine thermoplastique (TPO) disposée parallèlement à la tôle d'acier tout en maintenant un espacement d'une distance prédéterminée par rapport à la tôle d'acier ; et de la mousse remplissant l'espace entre la tôle d'acier et la feuille de TPO, ladite feuille de TPO présentant une partie étendue s'étendant vers l'extérieur au delà l'extrémité de la mousse. Ledit panneau de plancher comprenant la feuille de TPO, présente les avantages de sceller un espace entre deux panneaux de plancher sans requérir un élément supplémentaire distinct lors du raccordement de deux panneaux d'assurer la planéité de la feuille de TPO à une valeur de référence ou plus même si une grande quantité de matériau d'isolation thermique et de remplissage est injectée entre la tôle d'acier et la feuille de TPO.
본 발명에 의한 데크패널은, 강판; 상기 강판과 일정 거리 이격된 상태를 유지하며 상기 강판과 평행하게 설치되는 TPO시트; 상기 강판과 TPO시트 사이에 채워지는 발포체;를 포함하되, 상기 TPO시트는 상기 발포체의 끝단보다 외측으로 더 연장되는 연장부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의한 열가소성 폴리올레핀 시트를 구비하는 데크패널은, 두 개의 데크패널을 연결할 때 두 개의 데크패널 사이의 틈새가 별도의 추가부재 없이 밀폐될 수 있고, 강판과 TPO시트 사이로 다량의 단열재 및 충진재를 주입하더라도 TPO시트의 평탄도가 기준치 이상으로 확보될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
