METHOD FOR FABRICATING SIX-SIDED CONCRETE MODULES
A method to create a precast concrete module includes: pouring the foundation; placing a welded wire mesh reinforced polystyrene panel into a wet mix; allowing the mix to partially set up, and pouring the top of the slab; installing wall and roof panels and mechanically attaching them with welded wire mesh; installing electrical and plumbing prior to placing concrete forms; placing the forms and pouring concrete mix into the forms; and wrecking the forms and finishing out the module.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de créer un module préfabriqué en béton, ledit procédé consistant à : couler la fondation ; placer un panneau de polystyrène, renforcé par un grillage métallique soudé, dans un mélange humide ; laisser le mélange se former partiellement et couler la partie supérieure de la dalle ; installer des panneaux de paroi et de toit et les fixer mécaniquement avec le grillage métallique soudé ; installer les circuits électriques et la plomberie avant de placer des coffrages ; placer les coffrages et couler un mélange de béton dans les coffrages ; puis démolir les coffrages et finir le module.
