VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG KERAMISCHER UND/ODER METALLISCHER BAUTEILE
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung keramischer und/oder metallischer Bauteile, bei dem mit einem Polymer eine mindestens einen Freiraum umschließende Stützstruktur ausgebildet wird und bei dem mindestens ein Freiraum zumindest in einem vorgebbaren Bereich mit einem plastisch verformbaren oder flüssigem Gemisch mindestens eines Metall- oder Keramikpulvers und mindestens einem organischen Binder befüllt wird. Dabei liegt das Gemisch zumindest teilweise an der Wandung der Stützstruktur an. Anschließend wird bei einer ersten thermischen Behandlung das Gemisch in einen Zustand mit ausreichender Festigkeit zur Einhaltung seiner geometrischen Form überführt und dabei wird eine Temperatur eingehalten, bei der das die Stützstruktur bildende Polymer formstabil bleibt. Anschließend daran wird bei einer zweiten thermischen Behandlung die Temperatur erhöht und dabei wird das die Stützstruktur bildende Polymer vollständig zersetzt und das Metall- und/oder Keramikpulver gesintert.
The invention relates to a method for producing ceramic and/or metal components, in which a supporting structure which encloses at least one free space is formed using a polymer, and in which at least one free space is filled at least in a predefinable region with a plastically deformable or liquid mixture of at least one metal powder or ceramic powder and at least one organic binder. The mixture bears at least partially against the wall of the supporting structure. Then, during a first heat treatment, the mixture is transformed into a state having sufficient rigidity to maintain the geometric shape thereof and a temperature is maintained at which the polymer forming the supporting structure remains shape-stable. Then, during a second heat treatment, the temperature is increased and thereby the polymer forming the supporting structure is completely disintegrated and the metal powder and/or ceramic powder is sintered.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de composants céramiques et/ou métalliques dans lequel une structure de support, entourant au moins un espace libre, est formée avec un polymère et dans lequel au moins un espace libre est rempli, au moins dans une zone pouvant être prédéterminée, avec un mélange liquide ou plastiquement déformable d'au moins une poudre métallique ou céramique et d'au moins un liant organique. Selon l'invention, le mélange est placé au moins partiellement sur la paroi de la structure de support. Puis, lors d'un premier traitement thermique, le mélange est amené dans un état ayant une résistance suffisante pour conserver sa forme géométrique, une température à laquelle le polymère qui forme la structure de support conserve sa stabilité dimensionnelle étant maintenue. Anschließend daran wird bei einer zweiten thermischen Behandlung die Temperatur erhöht und dabei wird das die Stützstruktur bildende Polymer vollständig zersetzt und das Metall- und/oder Keramikpulver gesintert.
