AN IMPROVED RAILWAY ANTI CREEP GROOVED RUBBER SOLE PLATE
This invention relates to an improved railway anti creep grooved rubber sole plate. The present invention provides an anti creep grooved rubber sole plate (GRSP) made from a suitable metallic or polymer lining, sandwiched between two or more layers, similar or different materials, so as to impart additional tensile strength to the device. The invention further provides a GRSP having two opposite sides, characterized in that at least one of its opposite sides is a surface with at least a suitable number of semispherical or similar cavities made and arranged alternately one into another so as to augment the creation of vacuum between the two contact surfaces i.e. the GRSP and the Rail bottom and the GRSP and the top of Pre Stressed Concrete (PSC) Sleeper.
La présente invention concerne une plaque d'assemblage ferroviaire de caoutchouc rainuré anti-fluage améliorée. La présente invention concerne une plaque d'assemblage de caoutchouc rainuré anti-fluage (GRSP) composée d'un revêtement métallique ou polymère approprié, intercalée entre au moins deux couches de matériaux similaires ou différents de manière à conférer une résistance à la traction supplémentaire au dispositif. L'invention concerne en outre une GRSP présentant deux côtés opposés caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un de ses côtés opposés est une surface présentant au moins un nombre approprié de cavités semi-sphériques ou similaires constituées et agencées alternativement l'une dans l'autre de manière à augmenter la création de vide entre les deux surfaces de contact, à savoir la GRSP et la partie inférieure d'un rail et la GRSP et la partie supérieure d'une traverse de béton précontraint (PSC).
