RADICALLY POLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION, CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIAL, AND PRIMER FOR ROADS
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a radically polymerizable composition which has excellent surface drying characteristics and excellent adhesion to wet surfaces. The present invention provides: a radically polymerizable composition which is characterized by comprising a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) that comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate (A-1) having a structure derived from polybutadiene polyol (a1-1) and a urethane (meth)acrylate (A-2) having a structure derived from polycarbonate polyol (a1-2), a radically polymerizable monomer (B), and cyclodextrin and/or a derivative thereof (C); and a concrete repair material and a primer for roads, each of which is produced using the radically polymerizable composition. The radically polymerizable composition according to the present invention can be used suitably as a covering material, a primer, a repairing material and the like in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, railways, roads, bridges and the like, and can be used particularly suitably as a concrete repair material and a primer for roads.
La présente invention a pour objet une composition polymérisable par voie radicalaire qui a d'excellentes caractéristiques de séchage de surface et une excellente adhérence à des surfaces humides. À cet effet, la présente invention porte sur : une composition polymérisable par voie radicalaire qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un uréthane-(méth)acrylate (A) qui comprend un uréthane-(méth)acrylate (A-1) ayant une structure issue d'un polyol de polybutadiène (a1-1) et un uréthane-(méth)acrylate (A-2) ayant une structure issue d'un polyol de polycarbonate (a1-2), un monomère polymérisable par voie radicalaire (B) et de la cyclodextrine et/ou un dérivé de cette dernière (C) ; et un matériau de réparation de béton et un apprêt pour des routes, chacun étant produit à l'aide de la composition polymérisable par voie radicalaire. La composition polymérisable par voie radicalaire selon la présente invention peut être utilisée de manière appropriée comme matériau de recouvrement, apprêt, matériau de réparation et similaire dans les domaines du génie civil, de l'architecture, des voies ferrées, des routes, des ponts et similaires, et peut être utilisée de manière particulièrement appropriée comme matériau de réparation de béton et apprêt pour des routes.
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、表面乾燥性及び湿潤面への接着性に優れるラジカル重合性組成物を提供することである。本発明は、ポリブタジエンポリオール（ａ１－１）由来の構造を有するウレタン（メタ）アクリレート（Ａ－１）及びポリカーボネートポリオール（ａ１－２）由来の構造を有するウレタン（メタ）アクリレート（Ａ－２）を含有するウレタン（メタ）アクリレート（Ａ）、ラジカル重合性単量体（Ｂ）、並びに、シクロデキストリン及び／又はその誘導体（Ｃ）を含有することを特徴とするラジカル重合性組成物、それを用いて得られたコンクリート補修材、及び、道路用プライマーを提供するものである。本発明のラジカル重合性組成物は、土木、建築、鉄道、道路、橋梁等の分野における被覆材、プライマー、補修材等として好適に使用することができ、コンクリート補修材、道路用プライマーとして特に好適に使用することができる。
