PROCEDE DE FABRICATION D'UNE PIECE REVETUE PAR UN REVETEMENT DE SURFACE COMPORTANT UN ALLIAGE
The invention concerns a method for producing a composite material part comprising a fibrous reinforcement densified by a ceramic matrix, the part having an outer surface and being coated on at least one part of the outer surface of same with a surface coating in solid form comprising an alloy, the method comprising the following steps: a) forming the ceramic matrix of the composite material part by infiltrating the fibrous preform with an infiltration composition in the melted state, the infiltration composition comprising silicon and having a first melting temperature, the infiltration composition being brought into contact with all or part of a first set of fillers present in the fibrous preform, and b) forming the surface coating of the composite material part by infiltrating a second set of fillers and/or a preceramic resin with a coating composition in the melted state, the coating composition having a second melting temperature lower than the first melting temperature and a composition different to that of the ceramic matrix, step b) being initiated after carrying out step a).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite comportant un renfort fibreux densifié par une matrice céramique, la pièce présentant une surface externe et étant revêtue sur au moins une partie de sa surface externe par un revêtement de surface sous forme solide comportant un alliage, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : a) formation de la matrice céramique de la pièce en matériau composite par infiltration de la préforme fibreuse avec une composition d'infiltration à l'état fondu, la composition d'infiltration comportant du silicium et ayant une première température de fusion, la composition d'infiltration étant mise en contact avec tout ou partie d'un premier ensemble de charges présentes dans la préforme fibreuse, et b) formation du revêtement de surface de la pièce en matériau composite par infiltration d'un deuxième ensemble de charges et/ou d'une résine précéramique par une composition de revêtement à l'état fondu, la composition de revêtement ayant une deuxième température de fusion inférieure à la première température de fusion et une composition différente de celle de la matrice céramique, l'étape b) étant initiée après réalisation de l'étape a).
