LTCC devices are produced from dielectric compositions comprising a mixture of precursor materials that, upon firing, forms a dielectric material comprising a matrix of titanates of alkaline earth metals, the matrix doped with at least one selected from rare- earth element, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and bismuth oxide.
Cette invention concerne des dispositifs LTCC produits à partir des compositions diélectriques comprenant un mélange de matériaux précurseurs qui, après cuisson, forme un matériau diélectrique comprenant une matrice de titanates de métaux alcalino-terreux, la matrice étant dopée avec au moins un élément choisi parmi un élément de terres rares, un oxyde d'aluminium, un oxyde de silicium et un oxyde de bismuth.
