DECK PLATE HAVING ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT AND EXCELLENT CONSTRUCTABILITY
The present invention relates to a deck plate having adjustable height and excellent constructability, the deck plate of which the depth can be adjusted by using a height adjustment member formed separately, of which the height adjustment member can be easily assembled, and of which the structural properties are enhanced, thereby having advantages with respect to constructability, durability and economic efficiency. A deck plate comprises: a main body unit which is mounted on a beam member for slab construction of a building structure and has a cross section on which grooves and ridges are repeatedly formed; a vertical cross-section reinforcement fixing member which is attached to the width center of the upper surface of the ridges of the main body unit and is formed to have different heights in accordance with the depth of the beam member and the slab; and a cap member which covers the reinforcement fixing member on the ridges of the main body unit and has a space formed between the outer side surface of the reinforcement fixing member and same, wherein a fixing head is provided on the upper part of the reinforcement fixing member, and a coupling groove portion is provided on the upper part of the cap member in the shape which interlocks with the fixing head such that the reinforcement fixing member and the cap member are forcibly insert attached.
La présente invention concerne une plaque de pont ayant une hauteur réglable et une excellente aptitude à la construction, laquelle plaque de pont a une profondeur qui peut être ajustée en utilisant un élément d'ajustement de hauteur formé séparément, lequel élément de réglage de hauteur peut être facilement assemblé tandis que les propriétés structurelles sont améliorées de manière à présenter des avantages concernant l'aptitude à la construction, la durabilité et l'efficacité économique. Une plaque de pont comprend : une unité de corps principal qui est montée sur un élément de poutre pour une construction de dalle d'une structure de bâtiment et possède une section transversale sur laquelle des rainures et des nervures sont formées de manière répétée; un élément de fixation de renfort à section transversale verticale qui est fixé au centre de la largeur de la surface supérieure des nervures de l'unité de corps principal, et qui est formé de manière à avoir des hauteurs différentes en fonction de la profondeur de l'élément de poutre et la dalle; et un élément de couverture qui recouvre l'élément de fixation de renfort sur les nervures de l'unité de corps principal, et comprend un espace formé entre la surface latérale extérieure de l'élément de fixation de renfort et lui-même, dans lequel une tête de fixation est prévue sur la partie supérieure de l'élément de fixation de renfort, et une partie de rainure de couplage est prévue sur la partie supérieure de l'élément de couverture et possède une forme qui se verrouille avec la tête de fixation de telle sorte que l'élément de fixation de renfort et l'élément de couverture sont fixés en force par insertion.
본 발명은 별도로 형성되는 높이 조절부재를 이용하여 데크 플레이트의 춤을 조절할 수 있으면서도, 상기 높이 조절부재의 조립이 용이하고 구조적 성능이 우수하여 시공성, 내구성, 경제성 등의 측면에서 유리한 높이 조절이 가능하고 시공이 용이한 데크 플레이트에 관한 것이다. 상기 데크 플레이트는, 건축물의 슬래브 시공을 위하여 보 부재에 거치되는 것으로서, 골과 마루가 반복적으로 형성된 단면을 가지는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 마루 상면 폭 중앙에 접합되는 것으로서 슬래브 및 보 부재의 춤에 따라 다른 높이로 형성되는 수직한 단면의 보강고정부재 및, 상기 본체부의 마루 위에서 보강고정부재를 감싸며 보강고정부재 외측면과의 사이에서 공간을 형성하는 캡부재를 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 보강고정부재의 상단부에는 고정머리가 구비되고 캡부재의 상단부에는 상기 고정머리와 맞물리는 형상의 결속홈부가 구비되어 있어 보강고정부재와 캡부재가 억지끼움결합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
