A MORTAR COMPOSITION HAVING GOOD FLOWABILITY
In one aspect, the present invention relates to a mortar composition having good flowability comprising cement, pozzolanic materials, fine aggregate materials, retarder and additives selected from anti-segregating additive, rheology modifier or a mixture thereof. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a lightweight mortar composition having good flowability comprising cement, pozzolanic materials, fine aggregate materials, retarder, air entraining additive, lightweight materials and additives which include anti-segregating additive and rheology modifier. According to the present invention, the fine aggregate materials have a particle size of less than 3.360 mm. The present invention further relates to the use of said mortar composition having good flowability for molding and construction work. The molded products obtained from the mortar composition having good flowability include load bearing parts and non-load bearing parts, namely, blocks, countertops, tie-columns, lintel, moldings, walls and floors.
Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne une composition de mortier ayant une bonne aptitude à l'écoulement, comprortant du ciment, des matériaux pouzzolaniques, des matériaux de type granulats fins, un retardateur de prise et des additifs choisis parmi un additif anti-ségrégation, un modificateur de rhéologie ou un mélange de ceux-ci. Selon un autre aspect, la présente invention concerne une composition de mortier léger ayant une bonne aptitude à l'écoulement, comprenant du ciment, des matériaux pouzzolaniques, des matériaux de type granulats fins, un retardateur de prise, un additif entraîneur d'air, des matériaux légers et des additifs qui comprennent un additif anti-ségrégation et un modificateur de rhéologie. Selon la présente invention, les matériaux de type granulats fins ont une taille des particules inférieure à 3,360 mm. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation de ladite composition de mortier ayant une bonne aptitude à l'écoulement pour le moulage et le travail de construction. Les produits moulés obtenus de la composition de mortier ayant une bonne aptitude à l'écoulement comprennent des pièces porteuses et des pièces non porteuses, à savoir des blocs, des plans de travail, des colonnes de liaison, un linteau, des moulures, des murs et des planchers.
