A building member (40) with a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, said member (40) comprising a building member (32) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for building members which has been laminated to the building member (32). The building member (40) with a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has an initial peel strength (N1), as measured after the member (40) was laminated to a basswood plywood and then allowed to stand at 23°C for 3 minutes, of 2.0 N/25 mm or less. In the member (40), the ratio of the aged peel strength (N2), as measured at 48 hours after the member (40) was laminated to the basswood plywood, to the initial peel strength (N1), N2/N1, is 1.5 or greater.
