According to the invention, a stabilizer rod (16) has a hook (26) at one end engaged in a hole or cavity (27) corresponding to a modular block (14), said rod being locked in this position by the positioning of a neighbouring modular block.
Paroi double constituée d'un mur porteur, d'un mur de parement en blocs modulaires et des tiges anti-dévers s'étendant entre les deux murs. Selon l'invention, une tige anti-dévers (16) comporte un crochet (26) à une extrémité engagée dans un trou ou cavité (27) correspondant d'un bloc modulaire (14), ladite tige étant verrouillée dans cette position par la mise en place d'un bloc modulaire voisin.
