The building construction element (1200, 1300) comprises: - a first part (1205, 1305), having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, comprising on one face a blind opening (1210, 1310), said opening being configured to receive static air forming a thermal insulator, - a second part (1215, 1315), having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, attached to the first part, against a face adjacent to the face comprising the blind opening, said face being referred to as the "attachment face", by feet (1220, 1320) and - a space (1225, 1325), formed between the first and second parts, having an opening on at least two adjacent sides of the attachment face, said space being configured to receive air moving from or to another volume linked to the space, so as to form a thermal insulator.
L'élément (1200, 1300) de construction immobilière comporte: - une première partie (1205, 1305), présentant une forme de parallélépipède rectangle, comportant sur une face un orifice (1210, 1310) borgne, cet orifice étant configuré pour recevoir de l'air statique formant un isolant thermique, - une deuxième partie (1215, 1315), présentant une forme de parallélépipède rectangle, fixée à la première partie, contre une face adjacente à la face comportant l'orifice borgne, cette face étant appelée « face de fixation », par des pieds (1220, 1320) et - un espace (1225, 1325), formé entre la première et la deuxième partie, présentant une ouverture sur au moins deux côtés adjacents de la face de fixation, cet espace étant configuré pour recevoir de l'air en mouvement depuis ou vers un autre volume relié à l'espace, de manière à former un isolant thermique.
