APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR BLENDING LOOSE ROCK MATERIAL
Apparatus (2) for blending loose rock material (221) of a changing mineral composition having different mineral components (222, 223) to provide blended rock material (224) having predetermined portions of the different mineral components. A conveyor (21) for transporting the loose rock material (221), a first container (20) for depositing the rock material (221) of a changing mineral composition onto the conveyor (21), a second container (23) and a third container (24), both capable of separately depositing rock material of the different individual rock material components onto the conveyed rock material (221). An acoustic mineral detector unit (25), arranged after the first container (20) and before the second and third container (23, 24) for detecting the portions of the different mineral components in the conveyed rock material and regulating the quantity of the different individual rock material separately deposited from the second or the third container based on the detected portions.
Cette invention concerne un appareil (2) de mélange de matériau rocheux en vrac (221) de composition minérale variée, présentant des composants minéraux distincts (222, 223) afin d'obtenir un matériau rocheux mixte (224) présentant des proportions prédéterminées des différents composants minéraux. Ledit appareil comprend un transporteur (21) destiné à transporter le matériau rocheux en vrac (221), un premier réservoir (20) pour déposer le matériau rocheux (221) de composition minérale variée sur le transporteur (21), un deuxième réservoir (23) et un troisième réservoir (24), tous deux capables de déposer séparément un matériau rocheux présentant des composants différents de matériau rocheux sur le matériau rocheux transporté (221). Ledit appareil comprend en outre unité de détection acoustique de minéraux (25), disposée après le premier réservoir (20) et avant le deuxième et le troisième réservoir (23, 24) pour détecter les proportions des différents composants minéraux dans le matériau rocheux transporté et réguler la quantité des matériaux rocheux individuels distincts déposés séparément à partir du deuxième et du troisième réservoir sur la base des proportions détectées.
