MÉTODO PARA LA FABRICACIÓN DE SEGMENTOS TUBULARES DE HORMIGÓN Y PARA LA ERECCIÓN DE TORRES MEDIANTE DICHOS SEGMENTOS TUBULARES
The invention relates to a method that comprises: building foundations; producing at least one tubular concrete segment (20) with a width of at least 5 metres; moving said tubular segment to its final position on the tower, wherein the longitudinal axis (E) of said tubular segment is in a vertical position; and securing said tubular segment (20). The method is characterised in that it also comprises: producing said at least one tubular segment as a single tubular piece of reinforced concrete, which has a height equal to or greater than the width thereof and which is produced by pouring and setting the concrete in a tubular formwork chamber (30) closed at the base, the longitudinal axis (E) of said formwork chamber being in a vertical position during production.
El método incluye construir unos cimientos, obtener al menos un segmento tubular (20) de hormigón, con un ancho de al menos 5 metros, trasladar dicho segmento tubular hasta su posición definitiva en la torre, en la que su eje longitudinal (E) se encuentra en posición vertical, y fijar dicho segmento tubular (20), caracterizado por que también incluye: fabricar dicho al menos un segmento tubular en una única pieza tubular de hormigón armado, siendo su altura igual o superior a su anchura y obtenida mediante el hormigonado y fraguado de hormigón en una cámara de encofrado (30) tubular cerrada por la base estando el eje longitudinal (E) de dicha cámara de encofrado en posición vertical durante dicha fabricación.
La présente invention concerne un procédé qui comprend la construction de fondations, l'obtention d'au moins un segment tubulaire (20) en béton, d'une largeur d'au moins 5 mètres, le déplacement du segment tubulaire jusqu'à son emplacement définitif sur la tour, son axe longitudinal (E) se trouvant en position verticale et la fixation dudit segment tubulaire (20), lequel procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également: la fabrication dudit au moins un segment tubulaire sous forme d'un élément unique tubulaire en béton armé avec une hauteur égale ou supérieure à sa largeur et qui est obtenu par le bétonnage et la prise du béton dans une chambre de coffrage (30) tubulaire fermée au niveau de la base, l'axe longitudinal (E) de ladite chambre de coffrage se trouvant en position verticale pendant la fabrication.
