The invention relates to a building characterized in that at least one wall (P) includes at least one load-bearing inner panel assembly (1), between two posts; at least one outer wall (4) spaced apart from said inner panel assembly (1); a plurality of fasteners for pouring material (11), said fasteners each including a base portion and an anchoring rod portion having means for anchoring pouring material and extending opposite the inner panel assembly (1); and a pouring material layer (3) that has settled, after pouring, between the outer wall (4) and the inner panel assembly (1). The anchoring rod portions of said fasteners (11) are embedded in the pouring material layer (3). The pouring material contributes to heat insulation and enables the inner panel assembly (1)/outer wall (4) structure to become one piece. The invention also relates to a method for constructing the building and to the fasteners (11) designed for said method.
L'invention concerne un bâtiment caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une paroi (P) comprend au moins un ensemble panneau intérieur (1), porteur, entre deux poteaux, au moins un mur extérieur (4), à distance dudit ensemble panneau intérieur (1), plusieurs agrafes pour matériau de coulée (11), comprenant chacune une partie base et une partie tige d'ancrage portant des moyens d'ancrage de matériau de coulée et s'étendant à l'opposé de l'ensemble panneau intérieur (1), et une couche de matériau de coulée (3) qui a pris, après coulée, entre le mur extérieur (4) et l'ensemble panneau intérieur (1), les parties tiges d'ancrage desdites agrafes (11) étant noyées dans la couche de matériau de coulée (3), le matériau de coulée participant à l'isolation thermique et rendant monolithique la structure ensemble panneau intérieur (1)/mur extérieur (4).
