Provided is an operation condition determination device and the like capable of controlling pressure variations caused in a fluid flowing in a pipe line network without degrading responsiveness. An operation condition determination device (100) is provided with: an operation amount specifying means (110) that specifies an operation amount with respect to at least one actuator (551-556) for controlling the flow of a fluid in a pipe line network (51); and a timing specifying means (120) that specifies the difference between respective operation timings with respect to the at least one actuator (551-556).
Cette invention concerne un dispositif de détermination de conditions de fonctionnement et similaires, capable de commander les variations de pression provoquées dans un fluide s'écoulant dans un réseau de conduites sans dégrader la réactivité. Un dispositif de détermination de conditions de fonctionnement (100) selon l'invention comprend : des moyens de spécification de valeur de commande qui spécifient une valeur de commande (110) concernant au moins un actionneur (551-556) pour commander l'écoulement d'un fluide dans un réseau de conduites (51) ; et des moyens de spécification de synchronisation (120) qui spécifient la différence entre les temps de commande respectifs concernant ledit/lesdits actionneur(s) (551-556).
