The present invention relates to a prefabricated monobloc panel (1) for forming walls of a building, said panel (1) having a framework (2) comprising concrete with a density of 1100 kg/m3 to 1800 kg/m3 and a compressive strength of at least 16 MPa at 28 days, preferably 30 MPa at 28 days, and to a method for producing such a panel.
La présente invention concerne un panneau monobloc préfabriqué (1) destiné à former des murs d'un bâtiment, ledit panneau (1) présentant un bâti (2) comprenant du béton d'une densité de 1 100 kg/m3 à 1 800 kg/m3 et une résistance à la compression d'au moins 16 MPa à 28 jours et de préférence de 30 MPa à 28 jours. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un tel panneau.
