Eine Vorrichtung zum Betätigen einer Arretiereinrichtung (53) zur gesteuerten Arretierung oder Freigabe eines sicherheitsrelevanten, beweglichen Bauteils, wie einer Schutztür (55), Schutzklappe oder dergleichen, mit einem rotatorischen Antrieb (5) und mit einem Getriebe (21, 23, 27), das Drehbewegungen der Welle (7) des Antriebs (5) in der einen oder der anderen Drehrichtung in lineare Verschiebebewegungen eines Betätigers (33) in Schaltstellungen umsetzt, die dem Freigabe- bzw. Arretierzustand der Arretiereinrichtung (53) entsprechen, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (21, 23, 27) die Drehbewegungen des Antriebs (5) in zu dessen Antriebswelle (7) koaxiale Linearbewegungen des Betätigers (33) umsetzt.

The invention is characterized in that the gear mechanism (21, 23, 27) converts the rotational movements of the drive (5) to linear movements of the actuator (33), said linear movements being coaxial to the drive shaft of said drive.
