POROUS PROTECTIVE LAYER FOR GAS SENSOR, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND GAS SENSOR COMPRISING SAME
The present invention provides a method for producing a porous protective layer for a gas sensor. The production of the porous protective layer according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) introducing, into a sensing electrode for a gas sensor, a porous protective layer forming composition comprising a pore former and a ceramic powder represented by relational formula 1 according to the present invention and comprising particles having a degree of variance of at least 1.5; and (2) sintering the introduced porous protective layer forming composition. Accordingly, the present invention allows the production of a porous protective layer for a gas sensor, which can not only protect the gas sensor from an external physical impact and physical/chemical external factors, such as liquid substances and poisonous substances, which may be included in gases being tested, but also prevent the reduced output of the gas sensor caused by the external factors and allow the concentrations of target gases to be more rapidly and accurately measured.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couche de protection poreuse pour un capteur de gaz. La production de la couche de protection poreuse selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes de : (1) introduction, dans une électrode de détection pour un capteur de gaz, d'une composition formant une couche de protection poreuse comprenant un agent porogène et une poudre céramique représentée par la formule relationnelle 1 selon la présente invention et comprenant des particules ayant un degré de variance d'au moins 1,5 ; et (2) le frittage de la composition formant une couche de protection poreuse introduite. En conséquence, la présente invention permet la production d'une couche de protection poreuse pour un capteur de gaz, qui peut non seulement protéger le capteur de gaz contre un impact physique externe et des facteurs externes physiques/chimiques, de sorte que des substances liquides et des substances toxiques, qui peuvent être comprises dans des gaz soumis à essai, mais également d'éviter la sortie réduite du capteur de gaz provoquée par des facteurs extérieurs et permettre que des concentrations de gaz cibles soient mesurées plus rapidement et précisément.
본 발명은 가스센서용 다공질보호층의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다공질보호층은 (1) 기공형성제 및 본 발명에 따른 관계식 1로 표시되는 이형도가 1.5이상인 입자를 포함하는 세라믹분말을 포함하는 다공질보호층 형성 조성물을 가스센서용 센싱전극 상에 투입시키는 단계; 및 (2) 투입된 다공질보호층 형성 조성물을 소결시키는 단계;를 포함하여 제조된다. 이에 의하면, 가스센서를 외부 물리적 충격과 피검가스에 포함될 수 있는 액체물질 및 피독물질 등의 물리적/화학적 외부인자로부터 보호할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 외부인자에 의한 가스센서의 출력 저하를 방지하고, 보다 빠르고 정확하게 타겟 가스 농도의 측정이 가능하도록 하는 가스센서용 다공질보호층을 제조할 수 있다.

La production de la couche de protection poreuse selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes de : (1) introduction, dans une électrode de détection pour un capteur de gaz, d'une composition formant une couche de protection poreuse comprenant un agent porogène et une poudre céramique représentée par la formule relationnelle 1 selon la présente invention et comprenant des particules ayant un degré de variance d'au moins 1,5 ; et (2) le frittage de la composition formant une couche de protection poreuse introduite. En conséquence, la présente invention permet la production d'une couche de protection poreuse pour un capteur de gaz, qui peut non seulement protéger le capteur de gaz contre un impact physique externe et des facteurs externes physiques/chimiques, de sorte que des substances liquides et des substances toxiques, qui peuvent être comprises dans des gaz soumis à essai, mais également d'éviter la sortie réduite du capteur de gaz provoquée par des facteurs extérieurs et permettre que des concentrations de gaz cibles soient mesurées plus rapidement et précisément.
