[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a kitchen sink in which vegetable scraps, etc., tend not to accumulate on the bottom surface of the sink, which can be easier to clean and made more user-friendly. [Solution] The kitchen sink (sink 100) according to the present invention is characterized in being configured so as to be provided with a bottom surface 110 inclined downward toward the front in the front-rear direction, a drain port 120 in contact with either the left or right end of the sink and disposed in a position further away from the front end 102b of the sink, and a guide channel 130 running along a side end (left end 102a) of the sink from the front end of the sink continuing to the drain port; the front end of the sink being inclined downward toward the side where the drain port is provided.
La présente invention concerne un évier de cuisine dans lequel les déchets de légumes, etc., n'ont pas tendance à s'accumuler sur la surface inférieure de l'évier, qui est plus facile à nettoyer et à utiliser. Ledit évier de cuisine (évier 100) est caractérisé en ce qu'il est configuré de telle sorte qu'il comprend une surface inférieure (110) inclinée vers le bas vers l'avant dans la direction avant-arrière, un orifice de drainage (120) en contact avec l'un ou l'autre de l'extrémité gauche ou droite de l'évier et disposé dans une position plus éloignée de l'extrémité avant (102b) de l'évier, et un canal de guidage (130) s'étendant le long d'une extrémité latérale (extrémité gauche 102a) de l'évier à partir de l'extrémité avant de l'évier et jusqu'à l'orifice de drainage. L'extrémité avant de l'évier est inclinée vers le bas, vers le côté où est ménagé l'orifice d'évacuation.
【課題】シンクの底面に野菜くず等の滞留が生じにくく、使用者の快適性および清掃性の向上を図ることが可能なキッチン用シンクを提供することを目的としている。 【解決手段】本発明にかかるキッチン用シンク（シンク１００）の構成は、奥行き方向で手前側に向かうにしたがって下方に傾斜する底面１１０と、シンクの左右どちらか一方の端に接しシンクの手前端１０２ｂより奥まった位置に配置された排水口１２０と、シンクの側端（左端１０２ａ）に沿ってシンクの手前端から排水口まで連続する誘導溝１３０と、を備え、シンクの手前端は、排水口が設けられている側に向かうにしたがって下方に傾斜していることを特徴とする。
