FLOOR SLAB WATERPROOF STRUCTURE
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a floor slab waterproof structure which exhibits excellent interlayer adhesion between a urethane waterproof material layer and an asphalt pavement layer. The present invention provides a floor slab waterproof structure which is characterized by being obtained by sequentially laminating a floor slab layer (i), a urethane waterproof material layer (ii), a urethane primer layer (iii), a bonding layer (iv) which is obtained by curing a radically curable composition, and an asphalt pavement layer (v). This floor slab waterproof structure has excellent interlayer adhesion between the urethane waterproof material layer and the asphalt pavement layer. Since this floor slab waterproof structure uses a radically curable composition which has excellent drying properties at room temperature for the bonding layer, installation time of this floor slab waterproof structure is able to be reduced.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de concevoir une structure étanche à l'eau de dalle de plancher qui présente une excellente adhérence entre couches entre une couche de matériau étanche à l'eau d'uréthane et une couche de revêtement de sol en asphalte. La présente invention concerne une structure étanche à l'eau de dalle de plancher qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue par stratification séquentielle d'une couche de dalle de plancher (i), d'une couche de matériau étanche à l'eau (ii) d'uréthane, d'une couche d'accrochage (iii) d'uréthane, d'une couche de liaison (iv) qui est obtenue par durcissement d'une composition durcissable par voie radicalaire, et d'une couche de revêtement de sol en asphalte (v). La présente structure étanche à l'eau de dalle de plancher présente une excellente adhérence entre couches entre la couche de matériau étanche à l'eau d'uréthane et la couche de revêtement de sol en asphalte. Étant donné que la présente structure étanche à l'eau de dalle de plancher fait appel à une composition durcissable par voie radicalaire qui présente d'excellentes propriétés de séchage à température ambiante pour la couche de liaison, le temps d'installation de la présente structure étanche à l'eau de dalle de plancher peut être réduite.
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、ウレタン防水材層とアスファルト舗装層との層間接着性に優れる床版防水構造体を提供することである。本発明は、下から、床版層（ｉ）、ウレタン防水材層（ｉｉ）、ウレタンプライマー層（ｉｉｉ）、ラジカル硬化性組成物を硬化した接着層（ｉｖ）、及び、アスファルト舗装層（ｖ）が順次積層されていることを特徴とする床版防水構造体を提供するものである。本発明の床版防水構造体は、ウレタン防水材層とアスファルト舗装層との層間接着性に優れるものである。また、本発明の床版防水構造体は、接着層に常温乾燥性に優れるラジカル硬化性組成物を使用することから、床版防水構造体の施工時間を短縮化することができる。
