METHOD FOR COMPENSATING FOR FLOW RATE OF HYDRAULIC PUMP OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Disclosed is a method for compensating for the flow rate of a variable capacity-type hydraulic pump such that, when a manipulation lever is manipulated, a discontinuous section, which has no change in the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump, is eliminated. The present invention provides a method for compensating for the flow rate of a hydraulic pump of a construction machine comprising a hydraulic pump, which is connected to an engine, a hydraulic actuator, which is driven by operation oil of the hydraulic pump, a control valve, which is installed in a channel of the hydraulic pump, a manipulation lever, a means for detecting the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, a means for detecting the number of revolutions of the engine, and a controller for controlling the control valve according to a signal pressure, which follows the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, and a signal resulting from detection of the number of revolutions of the engine, the method being characterized by comprising the steps of: detecting a signal pressure, which results from the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, and the number of revolutions of the engine; setting a required volume, which results from the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, and a compensation ratio and setting a required volume, which is obtained by compensating for the number of revolutions of the engine; and controlling the hydraulic pump so as to discharge a flow rate that corresponds to the sum of the required volume, which results from the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, and a flow rate that follows a calculation value obtained by multiplying a value of difference between a value of the required volume, which is obtained by compensating for the number of revolutions of the engine, and a value of the required volume, which results from the amount of manipulation of the manipulation lever, by the percentage of the compensation ratio.
L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à compenser le débit d'une pompe hydraulique du type à capacité variable, de sorte à éliminer une section discontinue, qui ne révèle aucune variation dans le débit de refoulement de la pompe hydraulique, lors de la manipulation d'un levier de manipulation. La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à compenser le débit d'une pompe hydraulique d'une machine de construction comprenant une pompe hydraulique, qui est reliée à un moteur, un actionneur hydraulique, qui est entraîné par de l'huile de fonctionnement de la pompe hydraulique, une soupape de commande, qui est installée dans un canal de la pompe hydraulique, un levier de manipulation, un moyen de détection de la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, un moyen de détection du nombre de tours du moteur, et un dispositif de commande permettant de commander la soupape de commande en fonction d'une pression signal, qui suit la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, et un signal résultant de la détection du nombre de tours du moteur, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à : détecter une pression signal, qui résulte de la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, et le nombre de tours du moteur; régler un volume requis, qui résulte de la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, et un rapport de compensation et régler un volume requis, qui est obtenu par compensation du nombre de tours du moteur; et commander la pompe hydraulique de manière à refouler un débit qui correspond à la somme du volume requis, qui résulte de la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, et un débit qui suit une valeur de calcul obtenue en multipliant une valeur de différence entre une valeur du volume requis, qui est obtenue par compensation du nombre de tours du moteur, et une valeur du volume requis, qui résulte de la quantité de manipulation du levier de manipulation, par le pourcentage du rapport de compensation.
