Described herein is a method for making a phosphor ceramic element. Also described herein are ceramic elements including a phosphor having the following formula: (EuxCa1-x)m/2Si12-(m+n)ALm+nOnN16-n, Formula 1, wherein 0.001≤x≤0.25, 0.001≤m≤7, and 0.001≤n≤5.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément en céramique luminophore. L'invention concerne également des éléments en céramique comprenant un luminophore ayant la formule suivante : (EuxCa1-x)m/2Si12-(m+n)ALm+nOnN16-n, formule 1, dans laquelle 0,001 ≤ x ≤ 0,25, 0,001 ≤ m ≤ 7, et 0,001 ≤ n ≤ 5.
