MORTERO U HORMIGÓN, REALIZADO CON UN CONGLOMERANTE HIDRÁULICO
The invention relates to a mortar or concrete produced with a hydraulic binder, comprising aggregates from cinders from the bottom of urban waste incinerators and/or from slurry from wastewater purification stations, or other natural or artificial aggregates, of different particle sizes depending of the use thereof as mortar or concrete, and a binder consisting of: glass and/or other pozzolans; pure Portland clinker with gypsum or plaster of Paris, or the resulting cements following the grinding thereof; and/or optionally lime, depending on the quantity of glass and/or pozzolans; all of the materials forming the base of the binder being ground and mixed together until a conglomerate is obtained, together with the aggregates, with cementing mineral neoformations and a strong pozzolanic character.
1.- Mortero u hormigón, realizado con un conglomerante hidráulico, que incorpora áridos provenientes de escorias de cenizas de fondo de las incineradoras de residuos urbanos y/o de fangos de estaciones depuradoras de aguas residuales, u otros áridos naturales o artificiales, de distintas granulometrías en función de su uso como mortero u hormigón y un conglomerante compuesto por: vidrio y/o otras puzolanas; clinker Portland puro con la piedra de yeso o yeso cocido, o bien los cementos resultantes después de su molturación; y/o opcionalmente cal, dependiendo de la cantidad de vidrio y/o puzolanas; siendo sometidos todos los materiales que constituyen la base del conglomerante a una molienda y mezclados íntimamente hasta conseguir junto con los áridos un conglomerado con neoformaciones minerales cementantes y con un fuerte carácter puzolanico.
1.- L'invention concerne un mortier ou béton réalisé avec un agglomérant hydraulique, comprenant des agrégats provenant de scories de cendres de fond des incinérateurs de déchets urbains et/ou de boues de stations d'épuration d'eaux usées, ou d'autres agrégats naturels ou artificiels, présentant différentes granulométries en fonction de leur utilisation comme mortier ou béton, et un agglomérant constitué par : du verre et/ou d'autres pouzzolanes ; un clinker Portland pur avec de la pierre de gypse ou du gypse cuit, ou les ciments résultants après broyage ; et/ou éventuellement de la chaux, selon la quantité de verre et/ou de pouzzolanes ; tous les matériaux constituant la base de l'agglomérant étant soumis à un broyage et intimement mélangés jusqu'à l'obtention, conjointement avec les agrégats, d'un agglomérat à néoformations minérales cimentaires et à fort caractère pouzzolanique.
