The invention relates to a concrete tower comprising a shaft (1) and a foundation (2). The shaft (1) is formed by two different portions: an upper portion (11) included between an intermediate section (13) and an upper section (14) of the shaft (1), said upper portion (11) being provided with internal post-tensioning tendons (3), tensioned between the intermediate section (13) and the upper section (14); and a lower portion (12) made of concrete included between the intermediate section (13) and a foundation (2), said lower portion (12) being provided with external post-tensioning and bracing tendons (4), which diverge towards the lower zone and are secured by opposing ends to the intermediate section (13) of the shaft (1) and to the foundation (2) of said lower portion. The foundation (2) comprises a concrete ring (21) provided with radial ribs (22) having a variable edge.
