A cementation pile comprises a longitudinal through-hole (1) and a plurality of through-holes (2) that extend transversely to the longitudinal hole (1) from the longitudinal through-hole (1) to the outer face of the pile, and can additionally comprise check valves arranged in the transverse holes (2) and designed such that the transverse holes (2) and the check valves allow unidirectional communication between the inside of the pile and the outside of the pile, from the longitudinal through-hole (1) to the lateral outer faces of the pile.
