CEMENT-REINFORCING FIBER MATERIAL
A cement-reinforcing fiber material, wherein a resin A having an isocyanate compound as a constituent thereof is present within a fiber bundle, and a resin B having an epoxy resin as a constituent thereof is present on the surface of the fiber bundle. In addition to an isocyanate compound, the resin A preferably includes a polyol or epoxy compound as a constituent. The resin B preferably includes an acrylic modified epoxy resin or bisphenol A epoxy resin as a main constituent. The tensile strength of the fiber bundle is preferably 7 cN/dtex or more. The fiber bundle is preferably formed from 50 to 3,000 single fibers. A concrete or mortar molded product using said reinforcing fiber material.
L'invention concerne un matériau fibreux de renforcement de ciment, une résine A présentant un composé isocyanate comme un constituant correspondant étant présente dans un faisceau de fibres et une résine B présentant une résine époxy en tant que constituant correspondant étant présente sur la surface du faisceau de fibres. En plus d'un composé d'isocyanate, la résine A comprend, de préférence, un composé polyol ou époxy en tant que constituant. La résine B comprend de préférence une résine époxy modifiée acrylique ou une résine époxy de bisphénol A en tant que constituant principal. La résistance à la traction du faisceau de fibres est, de préférence, de 7 cN/dtex ou plus. Le faisceau de fibres est, de préférence, formé à partir de 50 à 3000 fibres individuelles. L'invention concerne également un produit moulé en béton ou en mortier à l'aide dudit matériau fibreux de renforcement.
繊維集束体の内部にイソシアネート化合物を構成成分とする樹脂Ａが存在し、繊維集束体の表面にエポキシ樹脂を構成成分とする樹脂Ｂが存在するセメント補強用繊維材料。さらには、樹脂Ａがイソシアネート化合物に加えて、ポリオールまたはエポキシ化合物を構成成分とする樹脂であることや、樹脂Ｂがアクリル変性エポキシ樹脂またはビスフェノールＡ型エポキシ樹脂を主成分とすること、繊維集束体の引張強度が７ｃＮ／ｄｔｅｘ以上であること、繊維集束体が５０～３０００本の単繊維から構成されたものであることが好ましい。または、上記の補強用繊維材料を用いたコンクリートまたはモルタル成形体の発明である。
