METHOD FOR MANFACTURING CERAMIC-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
This method for manufacturing a ceramic-based composite material comprises: kneading and mixing an aggregate powder that includes SiC powder and a binder including at least one selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic resin and wax to form a composition including the aggregate powder and binder; pressing the composition to form a sheet; alternately laminating a fabric made from reinforced fibers that include SiC fibers and the sheet; pressing the laminate of the fabric and sheet; and generating a matrix that binds the reinforced fibers to each other.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite à base de céramique qui comprend : le malaxage et le mélange d'une poudre d'agrégats qui contient une poudre SiC et d'un liant contenant au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par une résine thermoplastique et une cire pour former une composition contenant la poudre d'agrégats et le liant ; le pressage de la composition pour former une feuille ; ou en variante, la stratification d'une étoffe constituée par des fibres de renfort qui contiennent des fibres SiC et de la feuille ; le pressage du stratifié constitué par l'étoffe et la feuille ; et la génération d'une matrice qui lie les fibres de renfort les unes aux autres.
