The invention relates to a device for attaching a wear or protection element (5) to a shovel of a soil-shifting machine, comprising: a base (7) with a housing (15) having a front wall (17) and a rear wall (19) with a through-opening (21); a stop (9), with a lower part (25) housed in the housing (15); a screw (11) that passes through the opening (21), the end of said screw being fixed to the stop (9); and partially compressed elastic means (13) arranged between the screw (11) and the opening (21). When the elastic means (13) are fully compressed, the length thereof is L0. In a mounted position, the stop (9) has a front face (27) facing the front wall (17) where the distance between the two is D1 and the distance between said head and said opening (21) has a value of D2, and in the mounted position, D2 - L0 > D1 is satisfied.
Dispositivo de fijación de un elemento de desgaste o protección (5) en una pala de una máquina de movimiento de tierras, que comprende: - una base (7) con un alojamiento (15) con una pared anterior (17) y una pared posterior (19) con un orificio (21) pasante - un tope (9), con una parte inferior (25) alojada en el alojamiento (15), - un tornillo (11) que atraviesa el orificio (21) y tiene su extremo fijado al tope (9), - unos medios elásticos (13), parcialmente comprimidos, dispuestos entre el tornillo (11) y el orificio (21). Los medios elásticos (13), totalmente comprimidos, tienen una longitud L0. En una posición montada, el tope (9) tiene una cara anterior (27) enfrentada a la pared anterior (17) donde la distancia ambas es D1 y la distancia entre dicha cabeza y dicho orificio (21) tiene un valor D2, y se cumple que, en la posición montada, D2 - L0 > D1.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'un élément d'usure ou de protection (5) sur une pelle d'une machine de terrassement, comprenant : une base (7) présentant un logement (15) pourvu d'une paroi antérieure (17) et d'une paroi postérieure (19) avec orifice (21) traversant, une butée (9) possédant une partie inférieure (25) logée dans le logement (15), une vis (11) qui traverse l'orifice (21) et dont l'extrémité est fixée à la butée (9), des moyens élastiques (13) partiellement comprimés disposés entre la vis (11) et l'orifice (21).
