JUMP SUICIDE PREVENTION DEVICE FOR BRIDGE RAILINGS
The present invention relates to a jump suicide prevention device for bridge railings, which can prevent a suicide jumper from jumping over the railings installed on a bridge. The present invention comprises: a pair of linking parts which are arranged to be opposite to each other in the longitudinal direction of the bridge railings; a roller part which has rotation parts on both sides thereof in the longitudinal direction so as to be rotatably combined between the linking parts; leg portions which are combined with the bottom ends of the linking parts via locking members; and resilient members which are interposed between the end portions of the linking parts and the leg parts to be combined, and control the vertical movement of the linking parts. As such, primarily, as a jump suicide prevention device which can prevent a suicide jumper from jumping over bridge railings, the present invention may prevent incidents of jump suicide from bridge railings by effectively controlling a suicide jumper's attempt to jump over the roller part due to the configuration of the roller part which rotates while fluctuating up and down according to the weight of the suicide jumper.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif anti-franchissement pour garde-corps de ponts, qui peut empêcher une personne tentant de se suicider de sauter par-dessus le garde-corps installé sur un pont. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend : une paire de parties de liaison agencées face à face dans la direction longitudinale du garde-corps de pont ; un élément formant rouleau qui comprend des éléments de rotation sur les deux côtés de celui-ci dans la direction longitudinale de manière à être combinés en rotation entre les éléments de liaison ; des parties de patte qui sont combinées aux extrémités inférieures des éléments de liaison par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de verrouillage ; et des éléments élastiques qui sont interposés entre les parties d'extrémité des éléments de liaison et les parties de patte l'une à combiner, et qui commandent le déplacement vertical des éléments de liaison. En tant que dispositif anti-suicide apte à empêcher une personne tentant de se suicider de sauter par dessus un garde-corps de pont, le dispositif selon l'invention peut empêcher les incidents de suicide par franchissement d'un garde-corps de pont, en empêchant efficacement une tentative de suicide en empêchant une personne tentant de se suicider de sauter par dessus l'élément formant rouleau du fait de la configuration de l'élément formant rouleau qui tourne tout en effectuant un mouvement oscillant vers le haut et vers le bas en fonction du poids de la personne tentant de se suicider.
본 발명은 교량에 설치된 난간의 상부로 투신자가 넘어가는 것을 방지할 수 있는 교량난간의 투신방지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 교량난간의 길이방향으로 상호 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 링크부와, 길이방향의 양 측부에 회전부를 구비하여 상기 링크부의 사이에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 롤러부와, 상기 링크부의 하단에 체결부재를 통하여 각각 결합되는 레그부와, 상기 링크부와 레그부의 단부에 개재되게 결합되어 상기 링크부의 상,하 유동을 조절하는 탄성부재를 포함하여 구성된다. 위와 같은 본 발명은, 첫째, 교량난간의 상부로 투신자가 넘어가는 것을 방지할 수 있는 투신방지장치로써 투신자의 체중에 대응되게 상,하 유동되며 회전을 이루는 롤러부의 구성을 통하여 롤러부의 상부로 넘어가려는 투신자의 이동을 효율적으로 제어하여 교량의 난간을 이용한 투신사고를 방지할 수 있다.
