Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von pulverförmigen Feststoffen (F), die Alkaliorganosiliconate umfassen, bei dem das Wasser aus wässrigen Lösungen von Alkaliorganosiliconaten mit einem Molverhältnis von Alkali zu Silicium von 0,1 bis 3, einem Gehalt an Alkoholen von weniger als 0,1 Gew.-% und einem Gehalt an Halogenidanionen von maximal 1 Gew.-% durch Sprühtrocknung entfernt wird; Pulverförmige Feststoffe (F), herstellbar durch das Verfahren; Baustoffmischungen, enthaltend Feststoffe (F) und Bauteile oder Formkörper, herstellbar aus den Baustoffmischungen.
The invention relates to a method for producing pulverulent solids (F) which comprise alkali organosiliconates. Water is removed from aqueous solutions of alkali organosiliconates with a molar ratio of alkali to silicon of 0.1 to 3, an alcohol content of less than 0.1 wt.%, and a halide anion content of maximally 1 wt.% by means of spray drying. The invention also relates to pulverulent solids (F) which can be produced using the method, to construction material mixtures containing solids (F), and to components or molded bodies which can be produced from the construction material mixtures.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de matières solides (F) pulvérulentes comprenant des organosiliconates alcalins, ledit procédé consistant notamment à éliminer l'eau, par séchage par pulvérisation, de solutions aqueuses d'organosiliconates alcalins présentant un rapport molaire de l'alcali sur le silicium compris entre 0,1 et 3, une teneur en alcools inférieure à 0,1 % en poids et une teneur en anions halogénure de 1 % en poids au maximum ; des matières solides (F) pulvérulentes pouvant être fabriquées par ce procédé ; des mélanges de matériaux de construction contenant des matières solides (F), et des éléments de construction ou des corps façonnés pouvant être fabriqués à partir de ces mélanges de matériaux de construction.
