NICKEL-ALUMINUM BLOCKER FILM LOW-EMISSIVITY COATINGS
The invention provides a glazing sheet and a low-emissivity coating on the glazing sheet. The low-emissivity coating comprises, in sequence moving outwardly from the glazing sheet, a layer comprising oxide film, nitride film, or oxynitride film, an infrared-reflective film, a nickel- aluminum blocker film, and an oxide film. Also provided are methods of depositing such a low- emissivity coating.
L'invention concerne une vitre et un revêtement à faible émissivité sur la vitre. Ledit revêtement à faible émissivité comprend, séquentiellement vers l'extérieur à partir de la vitre, une couche comprenant un film d'oxyde, un film de nitrure, ou un film d'oxynitrure, un film réfléchissant les infrarouges, un film bloquant de nickel-aluminium, et un film d'oxyde. L'invention concerne également des procédés de dépôt d'un tel revêtement à faible émissivité.
