ADAPTATEUR POUR LA POSE RAPIDE ET ÉCONOMIQUE DE PIEUX EN BÉTON ARMÉ
The adaptor device (1) of the invention, which is attached to a site vehicle of the backhoe type, allows reinforced concrete piles to be driven quickly and economically into the ground. It comprises a crane (2, 3) and a driver (7) suspended from the cable of the crane. The driver, consisting of a piston (8), can be raised automatically by an oil pressure diverted from the hydraulic circuit of the site machine. The pressure can then be relaxed through action of a mobile sleeve (25) actuated pneumatically and automatically from the movement of the piston. The piston is then free to drop under the effect of gravity increased by an adjustable pneumatic pressure generated by the upward movement of this same piston. The piston strikes an intermediate plate (27) able to apply an adjustable driving force to the pile. The pile advantageously has helicoidal ribs so that it screws into the ground.
Le dispositif adaptateur (1) de l'invention, rapporté sur une machine de chantier de type pelle rétroexcavatrice, permet d'enfoncer dans le sol de manière rapide et économique des pieux en béton armé. Il comporte une grue (2,3) et un marteau (7) suspendu au câble de la grue. Le marteau, constitué d'un piston (8), peut être soulevé automatiquement par une pression d'huile dérivée du circuit hydraulique de la machine de chantier. La pression peut ensuite être détendue par l'action d'une chemise mobile (25) actionnée pneumatiquement de manière automatique à partir du mouvement du piston. Le piston est alors libre de descendre sous l'effet de la gravité augmenté d'une pression pneumatique réglable engendrée par le mouvement ascendant de ce même piston. Le piston vient percuter une plaque intermédiaire (27) pouvant appliquer au pieu une force de battage réglable. Le pieu comporte avantageusement des nervures hélicoïdales pour se visser dans le sol.
