Die vorliegende Erfindung ist gerichtet auf eine Zusammensetzung enthaltend - ein Wachs (W) - ein Silikonöl (S) - ein Bindemittel (B) - ein oder mehrere Pigment(e) und/oder Füllstoff(e) (PF1) aufweisend eine mittlere Teilchengröße von 0,1 bis 1,0 µm in einer Gesamtmenge von 8,0 bis 55 Gew.%; - ein oder mehrere Pigment(e) und/oder Füllstoff(e) (PF2) aufweisend eine mittlere Teilchengröße von größer als 1,0 bis 10 µm in einer Gesamtmenge von 5,0 bis 40 Gew.%; - ein oder mehrere Pigment(e) und/oder Füllstoff(e) (PF3) aufweisend eine mittlere Teilchengröße von größer als 10 bis 40 µm in einer Gesamtmenge von 3,0 bis 30 Gew.%; jeweils bezogen auf den Feststoffanteil der Zusammensetzung wobei - PF1, PF2 und PF3 unterschiedlich sind, sowie eine Beschichtung erhältlich aus dieser Zusammensetzung. Des weiteren ist die vorliegende Erfindung gerichtet auf die Verwendung der Erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung als Form- oder Beschichtungsmasse.
The present invention relates to a composition which contains - a wax (W), a silicon oil (S), - a binder (B), - one or more pigment(s) and/or filler(s) (PF1) of an average particle size of 0.1 to 1.0 µm in a total amount of 8.0 to 55 wt.-%, - one or more pigment(s) and/or filler(s) (PF2) of an average particle size of more than 1.0 to 10 µm in a total amount of 5.0 to 40 wt.-%, and one or more pigment(s) and/or filler(s) (PF3) of an average particle size of more than 10 to 40 µm in a total amount of 3.0 to 30 wt.-%, in each case relative to the solids content of the composition, - PF1, PF2 and PF3 being different from each other, and to a coating which can be obtained from this composition. The invention further relates to the use of the composition according to the invention as a molding or coating compound.
La présente invention concerne une composition contenant : une cire (W) ; une huile de silicone (S) ; un liant (B) ; un ou plusieurs pigments et/ou une ou plusieurs substances de charge (PF1) présentant une granulométrie moyenne de 0,1 à 1,0 µm en une quantité totale de 8,0 à 55 % en poids ; un ou plusieurs pigments et/ou une ou plusieurs substances de charge (PF2) présentant une granulométrie moyenne de plus de 1,0 à 10 µm en une quantité totale de 5,0 à 40 % en poids ; un ou plusieurs pigments et/ou une ou plusieurs substances de charge (PF3) présentant une granulométrie moyenne de plus de 10 à 40 µm en une quantité totale de 3,0 à 30 % en poids respectivement rapportés à la quantité de matière solide dans la composition, PF1, PF2 et PF3 étant différents. L'invention concerne également un revêtement pouvant être obtenu à partir de cette composition. L'invention a aussi pour objet l'utilisation de la composition selon l'invention en tant que masse de matière à mouler ou masse de revêtement.
