The invention relates to a building having mostly prefabricated components, which comprises: a foundation supporting a bed (14) for the building; walls (15) erected on the bed (14); and a roof (16) that bears on the walls (15), the bed (14) having peripheral lower wall ties (10) at the base of the walls (15) comprising a lower rail (11) that rests on a lower girdle (12) attached to the bed (14). The roof has upper peripheral wall ties (20) at the top of the walls (15) comprising an upper rail (21) having an upper girdle (22) mounted thereon. The width of the girdles (12, 22) is greater than that of the rails (11, 21) so that the girdles (12, 22) project beyond the rails (11, 21) on the outside as well as on the inside of the building, the walls (15) have a free space (17) between an outer wall and an inner wall, and the width of the free space (17) is that of the rails (11, 21).
Le bâtiment, dont les composants sont majoritairement préfabriqués, comporte : - une fondation supportant une assise (14) de bâtiment, - des murs (15) dressés sur l'assise (14) et - une toiture (16) en appui sur les murs (15), L'assise (14) présentant un chaînage périphérique inférieur (10) à la base des murs (15) comprenant une lisse basse (11) reposant sur une ceinture basse (12) fixée sur l'assise (14). La toiture présente un chaînage périphérique supérieur (20) au sommet des murs (15) comprenant une lisse haute (21) surmontée d'une ceinture haute (22). La largeur des ceintures (12, 22) étant supérieure à celle des lisses (11, 21) de telle sorte que les ceintures (12, 22) débordent des lisses (11, 21) à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur du bâtiment, les murs (15) présentant un espace libre (17) entre une paroi extérieure et une paroi intérieure, la largeur de l'espace libre (17) étant celle des lisses (11, 21).
