MOUNTED DEVICE ROTATING ELECTRICAL CABINET DOORS
The present invention relates to a device for mounting a rotary electrical cabinet doors in the form of a hinge whose design allows full opening of the door and protects them from slipping out of the mount and in addition does not cause spontaneous closing or opening the door during maintenance. The device has a hinge (2) which has two sides of a rod (6) on which are mounted two rolling elements (7), which are in the holes sleeve (4) of Teflon, and are fit closely to the rod (6) base member hinge (2), wherein the side of the element (8) with a rod (6) is rounded and the other side (9) mounting holes (10), and rotating (3) are fastened to the cabinet walls by means of screws (11) and are opening in which is mounted a rod (6) base hinge (2), and a fixed element (12) is tapered and the movable elements are rounding (13), channels top and bottom of the housing has an opening with a contour of a rectangle (14), wherein is a rod (15) a locking (5), wherein the locking mechanism (16) is mounted on the opposite side of the hinge, halfway up the door.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de montage de portes d'armoire électrique tournantes sous forme d'une charnière dont la conception permet une ouverture complète de la porte et évite que celle-ci ne glisse hors du support et en outre ne provoque pas d'ouverture ni de fermeture spontanée de la porte pendant l'entretien. Le dispositif comprend une charnière (2) qui comporte deux côtés d'une tige (6) sur laquelle sont montés deux éléments roulants (7), situés dans le manchon (4) de trous de Téflon, et ajustés à la charnière (2) à élément à base de tige (6), le côté de l'élément (8) à tige (6) étant arrondi et l'autre côté (9) comprenant des trous de montage (10), et des éléments tournants (3) sont fixés aux parois de l'armoire au moyen de vis (11) et constituent une ouverture dans laquelle est montée une charnière (2) à base de tige (6), et un élément fixe (12) est conique et les éléments mobiles sont arrondis (13), le haut et le bas de canaux du boîtier comportent une ouverture dont le contour est rectangulaire (14), une tige (15) verrouillant la porte (5), le mécanisme de verrouillage (16) étant monté sur le côté opposé de la charnière, à mi-hauteur de la porte.
