Provided is a daylighting device (10) installed so as to face a windowpane, the daylighting device comprising a daylighting member (40) having a light-transmissive base material and a plurality of light-transmissive daylighting units disposed so as to be adjacent to each other on at least one surface side of the base material, wherein the daylighting member (40) is provided with a movable unit that is movable in such a manner that one surface of the base material faces the sun by following the movement of the sun.
