PROCÉDÉ DE TRAITEMENT DE FIBRES DE CARBURE DE SILICIUM
The present invention relates to a method for treating at least one silicon carbide fiber. The method includes at least the following steps: a) placing at least one silicon carbide fiber, having an oxygen content of less than or equal to 1 atomic percent, in contact with an oxidant medium so as to chemically transform the surface of the fiber and form a surface silica layer, b) removing the silica layer that was formed by placing the fiber, obtained after implementing step a), in contact with an acid liquid medium comprising at least hydrofluoric acid, and c) depositing an interphase layer on the surface of the fiber obtained after implementing step b).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'au moins une fibre de carbure de silicium, le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : a) mettre en contact au moins une fibre de carbure de silicium présentant une teneur en oxygène inférieure ou égale à 1% en pourcentage atomique avec un milieu oxydant afin de transformer chimiquement la surface de la fibre et former une couche de silice de surface, b) éliminer la couche de silice formée par mise en contact de la fibre obtenue après mise en œuvre de l'étape a) avec un milieu liquide acide comportant au moins de l'acide fluorhydrique, et c) déposer une couche d'interphase sur la surface de la fibre obtenue après mise en œuvre de l'étape b).
