VARIABLE BLOW HYDRAULIC HAMMER
Because of variations in the ground and in the posts it is sometimes necessary to reduce the blow energy of the hammer. The present invention provides a device for use with a hydraulic hammer of the type that uses a back head gas chamber in which a gas pump and gas container is connected to the hammer back head gas chamber and the hydraulic energy of the hammer hydraulic circuit is used to pump gas from the back head chamber to said gas container to reduce the blow energy of the hammer. By reducing the pressure in the back head the blow energy can be incrementally reduced. In this invention the hydraulic circuit is tapped to provide energy to pump gas from the hammer gas chamber to a storage chamber to reduce the available hammer force. The transferred gas can be returned to the hammer gas chamber to restore the normal blow force.
Selon la présente invention, en raison de variations dans le sol et dans les montants, il est parfois nécessaire de réduire l'énergie d'impact du marteau. A cet effet, la présente invention porte sur un dispositif, lequel dispositif est destiné à être utilisé avec un marteau hydraulique du type qui utilise une chambre à gaz de tête arrière, une pompe à gaz et un récipient de de gaz étant reliés à la chambre à gaz de tête arrière de marteau, et l'énergie hydraulique du circuit hydraulique de marteau étant utilisée pour pomper du gaz à partir de la chambre de tête arrière jusqu'audit récipient de gaz de façon à réduire l'énergie d'impact du marteau. Par la réduction de la pression dans la tête arrière, l'énergie d'impact peut être réduite par incréments. Selon cette invention, il est effectué un prélèvement sur le circuit hydraulique pour délivrer de l'énergie pour pomper du gaz à partir de la chambre à gaz de marteau jusqu'à une chambre de stockage afin de réduire la force de marteau disponible. Le gaz transféré peut être renvoyé à la chambre à gaz de marteau pour restaurer la force d'impact normale.
