Die Erfindung betrifft ein Offshore-Bauwerk mit wenigstens drei Stützbeinen (1) und jeweils einem an jedem der Stützbeine (1) in einer Längsrichtung (L) an einem unteren Ende zugeordneten Saugfuß (2) und einer Plattform (7), die entlang der Stützbeine (1) und der Saugfüße (2) zwischen einer Transportposition, in der die Plattform (7) zwischen den Saugfüßen (2) angeordnet ist, und einer Betriebsposition, in der die Saugfüße (2) unterhalb der Plattform (7) angeordnet sind, hin und her beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Stützbeine (1) in einem Querschnitt senkrecht zur Längsrichtung (L) vollständig innerhalb eines Außenumfanges des zugeordneten Saugfußes (2) angeordnet ist.
