The invention relates to a wear sensor and a wear element, and to the corresponding assembly and use. The sensor is designed for a wear element on a blade of an earth-moving machine. The sensor comprises an electric sensor circuit and at least one long arm (23) which extends in a detection direction defining a longitudinal axis. The arm (23) has a base (25) and an end. The end wears together with the wear material of the wear element. The arm (23) comprises a plurality of electrical connections (27) that form part of the electrical sensor circuit and extend along the arm (23), at different individual lengths measured in relation to the longitudinal axis. The invention also relates to a wear element of a blade of an earth-moving machine, to an assembly and to the use thereof for determining the wear.
Sensor de desgaste y elemento de desgaste, conjunto y uso correspondientes. El sensor está destinado a un elemento de desgaste en una pala de una máquina de movimiento de tierras. El sensor comprende un circuito eléctrico sensor y por lo menos un brazo (23) alargado que se extiende en una dirección de detección que define un eje longitudinal. El brazo (23) presenta una base (25) y un extremo. El extremo se desgasta conjuntamente con el material de desgaste del elemento de desgaste. El brazo (23) comprende una pluralidad de conexiones eléctricas (27) que forman parte del circuito eléctrico sensor y que se extienden longitudes diferentes entre sí, medidas según el eje longitudinal a lo largo del brazo (23). La invención también se refiere a un elemento de desgaste de una pala de una máquina de movimiento de tierras, a un conjunto y a su uso para determinar el desgaste.
L'invention concerne un capteur d'usure et un élément d'usure, ainsi qu'un ensemble et une utilisation correspondants. Le capteur est destiné à un élément d'usure d'une pelle d'une machine de terrassement. Ledit capteur comprend un circuit électrique capteur et au moins un bras (23) allongé qui s'étend dans une direction de détection définissant un axe longitudinal. Le bras (23) présente une base (25) et une extrémité. L'extrémité s'use conjointement avec le matériau d'usure de l'élément d'usure. Le bras (23) comprend une pluralité de connexions électriques (27) qui font partie du circuit électrique capteur et qui s'étendent sur différentes longueurs, mesurées selon l'axe longitudinal le long du bras (23). L'invention concerne également un élément d'usure d'une pelle d'une machine de terrassement, ainsi qu'un ensemble et son utilisation pour déterminer l'usure.
