The invention relates to a structural lightweight mortar with low porosity produced with polyurethane residues. The lightweight mortar according to the invention is characterised in that it comprises a mixture of cement, aggregate, and between 0.5 and 50 wt. % of at least one surfactant in relation to the weight of cement, where the aggregate consists of sand and ground polyurethane residues, and between 25 and 100 vol. % of the aggregate is ground polyurethane residues and the rest is sand. The invention also relates to a method for the production thereof.
Mortero estructural aligerado y de baja porosidad fabricado con residuos de poliuretano. Se proporcionaun mortero aligerado caracterizado porque comprende una mezcla de cemento, árido y entre un 0.5% y un 50% de peso de uno o varios tensioactivos respecto del peso de cemento, donde el árido consiste en arena y residuos de poliuretano triturado, y donde entre un 25% y un 100% en volumen del árido son residuos de poliuretano triturado y el resto arena. Se proporciona también un procedimiento para su preparación.
L'invention concerne un mortier structural allégé et à faible porosité fabriqué avec des résidus de polyuréthane. L'invention se rapporte à un mortier allégé caractérisé en ce qu'il renferme un mélange de ciment, de granulats et d'un ou plusieurs tensioactifs compris entre 0,5% et 50% en poids par rapport au poids du ciment, les agrégats consistant en du sable et des résidus de polyuréthane broyé, entre 25% et 100% en volume des agrégats étant des résidus de polyuréthane broyé, le reste se composant de sable. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour sa préparation.
