The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wall element (2b) intended for the construction of a sealed, thermally insulating tank for storing a fluid, said wall element (2b) including, in the thickness direction, from the outside towards the inside, a concrete bearing structure, a secondary sealed barrier (11) including a metal sheet (14), and a thermally insulating barrier (12); the method including an operation of anchoring the thermally insulating barrier (12) to the metal sheet (14) and an operation of forming the bearing structure (10) including the following steps: forming a formwork compartment (18), defined on the inside by the metal sheet (14) of the secondary sealed barrier (11) and on the outside by a removable formwork element (17); pouring concrete into the formwork compartment (18) so as to form the concrete bearing structure; and removing the removable formwork element (17) after the concrete has dried. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a tank, a wall element and a sealed, thermally insulating tank for storing a fluid.
Un procédé de fabrication d'un élément de paroi (2b) destiné à la construction d'un réservoir étanche et thermiquement isolant de stockage d'un fluide, ledit élément de paroi (2b) comportant dans le sens de l'épaisseur depuis l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, une structure porteuse en béton, une barrière étanche secondaire (11) comportant une tôle métallique (14) et une barrière thermiquement isolante (12); le procédé comportant une opération d'ancrage de la barrière thermiquement isolante (12) contre la tôle métallique (14) et une opération de formation de la structure porteuse (10) comportant les étapes suivantes : • - former un compartiment de coffrage (18) délimité, à l'intérieur, par la tôle métallique (14) de la barrière étanche secondaire (11), et à l'extérieur par un élément de coffrage amovible (17); • - couler du béton dans le compartiment de coffrage (18) de sorte à former la structure porteuse en béton; et • - retirer l'élément de coffrage amovible (17) après séchage du béton. Un procédé de fabrication d'un réservoir, un élément de paroi et un réservoir étanche et thermiquement isolant de stockage d'un fluide sont également concerner.
