SUBSTRATE/ORIENTED APATITE-TYPE COMPOSITE OXIDE FILM COMPLEX AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to propose a new substrate/oriented apatite-type composite oxide film complex which is suitable as a solid electrolyte for a battery, a sensor, a separation membrane, or the like, and can be produced inexpensively. Proposed is a substrate/oriented apatite-type composite oxide film complex provided with an oriented apatite-type composite oxide film on a substrate, characterized in that the film thickness is 10.0 μm or less and the degree of orientation (Lotgering method) is 0.6 or greater, and a material of the substrate is a metal, an alloy, a ceramic, or a composite material thereof, at least on a side on which the oriented apatite-type composite oxide film is formed.
La présente invention a pour objet de proposer un nouveau complexe de film d'oxyde composite de type apatite orienté/substrat qui convient en tant qu'électrolyte solide pour une batterie, un capteur, une membrane de séparation, ou analogue, et peut être fabriqué à faible coût. La présente invention concerne un complexe de film d'oxyde composite de type apatite orienté/substrat pourvu d'un film d'oxyde composite de type apatite orienté sur un substrat, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du film est égale ou inférieure à 10,0 μm et le degré d'orientation (méthode de Lotgering) est égal ou supérieur à 0,6 et un matériau du substrat est un métal, un alliage, une céramique ou un matériau composite de ces derniers, au moins sur un côté sur lequel est formé le film d'oxyde composite de type apatite orienté.
